Come One, Come All! The SHINDIG Food Park is Now Open!

Located near Tenison Park, THE SHINDIG FOOD PARK & BAR is located at 3766/3732 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas.

This food park is hyper family focused and welcomes groups of all sizes with seating for 150 and ample parking. The 1/2 acre park features a gaga ball pit, tether ball, giant legos, climbing structures and toddler swings.

Our Founders

Kam & Teri met waiting tables in 1999. It was NOT love at first sight and in fact it barely happened at all. We had to be convinced to go out with each other by some co-workers and then convinced again for a second date. But that was all it took, and we’ve been together ever since. At the time Kam was in Grad School at TWU and after graduation, we saved up to move to New York so Teri could attend The Culinary Institute of America.

We always dreamed of having our own place but over the years also saw some tragic restaurant failures. We learned from those lessons and after Teri’s 20 years in corporate restaurants, it was time to make our move.

We started our first food company, DELEON PROVISIONS, because of our love of hospitality and because dinner is hard and we knew we could help families with the eternal question of “What’s for dinner?”

Five years later, we’re expanding our hospitality business and opening THE SHINDIG. We’ll continue to serve our DELEON PROVISIONS clients in a new and different way, by providing a super family friendly food park in East Dallas.
